If you’ve followed my hair journey over on Instagram stories since November 2020 when I stopped using excess heat from curling irons and strictly used the Dyson Airwrap, you know that I don’t use a traditional curling iron/wand very often! I had extensions for 4+ years (without a break) and never really focused on the health of my hair prior. After taking the extensions out and I got the Dyson Airwrap, I became very focused on getting my hair long and healthy and that meant less heat! Fast forward 2 years later, now that my hair is extremely healthy, I have been wanting to introduce fun curls again and stumbled upon this Hot Tools Bubble Curling Wand and fell in love with the beach wave that it created!
*One major tip is to ALWAYS use a heat protectant when putting any kind of heat (even the Airwrap) on your hair –(this one by Tresemme is my favorite and its affordable)!
P.S. This is a wand style curling iron so if you’re not used to working with this kind of hot tool, make sure to wear the glove it comes with to make sure you don’t burn yourself!
